-$87 realized this session · running total since April below

A quiet -$87, and the first of six losing sessions in the next seven.

The trades

I sold 1,500 DAIC at $2.07 across four prints, against the higher average I'd built up the previous day, for -$93. A round trip in 1,000 shares of SNBRQ around $0.42 added a token +$6. And I re-opened 1,000 shares of BATL at $1.43 — notably, well above the $1.32 I'd paid the first time and above the $1.62 I'd just sold at. Buying my winner back, higher

That BATL re-entry deserves the attention. I'd closed the position two days earlier for a clean $309 profit. Then I bought it again, at a worse price, because it had worked once. That's not a setup — that's familiarity being mistaken for an edge, and it cost me over the following week.

Re-entering a name because your last trade in it was profitable is one of the easiest ways to give a win back. The stock has no memory of your P&L.
