-$280 realized today · running day-trade P&L below

The routine doesn't change, but the result sure does. I ran the same pre-market playbook I always do, and today it bit me.

ALAR: where it went wrong

I worked ALAR (Alarum Technologies), selling into ~$2.65 across 2 prints on 1,000 shares, for a -$400 hit.

The math of this is simple and it keeps finding me: my small scalps are fine, but one oversized loser erases a stack of them. Size is the whole game.

HODO did the work

I worked HODO (House of Doge), in around $1.71 and out around $1.83 across 6 prints on 1,000 shares, for a +$119 win.

Also on the tape

Smaller pieces that netted into the day: SPCE +$0.

Add it up and it was a -$280 day. That puts my running total for this stretch at +$194. I'll reset, size down, and try to give it back slower than I lost it.
