-$152 realized today · running day-trade P&L below

Red day, and I own it. Same pre-market gainers list, same plan — get in, catch the move, get out — but the exits went against me.

HODO bit me

I worked HODO (House of Doge), selling into ~$1.54 across 7 prints on 3,000 shares, for a -$140 hit.

I don't mind losing on a clean read. What stings is letting a single name run bigger than any of my winners. That's a discipline problem, not a market problem.

The TRNR mistake

I worked TRNR (Interactive Strength), in around $2.54 and out around $2.51 across 2 prints on 1,000 shares, for a -$30 hit.

Also on the tape

Smaller pieces that netted into the day: WRAP +$17, USDE +$0, SPCE +$0. Read: the position I did nothing with for six weeks, and what it paid →

Add it up and it was a -$152 day. That puts my running total for this stretch at -$17. I'll reset, size down, and try to give it back slower than I lost it. Read: my actual strategy, and the three places it breaks →
