-$59 realized today · running day-trade P&L below

Some days are just a grind. I worked my usual movers and ended within a rounding error of even.

VTAK bit me

I worked VTAK (Catheter Precision), in around $1.37 and out around $1.29 across 2 prints on 1,000 shares, for a -$80 hit.

I don't mind losing on a clean read. What stings is letting a single name run bigger than any of my winners. That's a discipline problem, not a market problem.

Catching BATL

I worked BATL (Battalion Oil), in around $1.65 and out around $1.68 across 2 prints on 1,000 shares, for a +$30 win.

Add it up and it was a -$59 day. That puts my running total for this stretch at +$134. I'll reset, size down, and try to give it back slower than I lost it. Read: my actual strategy, and the three places it breaks →
